The F-IWQ1501 is an industrial online water quality pH sensor developed by FourFaith (Xiamen). Adopting the glass electrode method for measurement, it is equipped with Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation and can simultaneously acquire water pH value and water temperature.
It is suitable for environmental water quality monitoring, acid, alkali and salt solutions, as well as on-line acidity & alkalinity detection in chemical production reaction processes.
Compatible with various industrial control equipment including PLC, DCS, industrial computers and HMI touch screens, it outputs standard RS485 Modbus RTU digital signals to meet the requirements of long-term online industrial monitoring.

A: It must be installed at an inclination of more than 15°. Horizontal or inverted mounting prevents the internal reference electrolyte from seeping out normally, resulting in measurement drift and rapid electrode failure.
A: First, rinse the probe with pure water. Perform two-point calibration using 4.00/6.86/9.18 buffer solutions. Check wiring and waterproof seals, and keep away from strong electromagnetic interference. If scale builds up on the glass membrane, clean it with dilute hydrochloric acid.
A: Use Modbus Function Code 06 write command to operate register 48195 (address) and register 48196 (baud rate). Changes take effect immediately after command transmission. Default address: 3; default baud rate: 9600.
